The rules state not to log into the account until 30 minutes before a match is scheduled to begin. Is this limited to my special Ballista Royale account?

A.
Yes, this only applies to your special Ballista Royale account. Also, unless creating macros or other preparations, please refrain from logging in.


Q.
What data will be copied for use in the tournaments?

A.
All of the data from your character, mog safe and storage will be copied. However, delivery box and auction house data will be excluded.


Q.
Consumed items will be reset to pre-match status. What does that mean?

A.
It means that the character data will be rolled back to the state right before the match, and all the items that were used during the match will be restored.


Q.
Am I able to use the Mog House?

A.
You are given an hour before the match starts to use your Mog House. You may use this time for final preparations and/or job changes.


Q.
Am I able to use the Auction House?

A.
Please refrain from using the delivery service and auction house.


Q.
Am I able to use the NPC shops?

A.
Yes, you will be able to use the NPC shops within Jeuno.


Q.
Will I need to recreate my macros?

A.
Macros will be saved unless you have logged in as a guest. If the game crashes and the macros get wiped, then you will have to recreate your macros.


Q.
Can a substitute member watch the match?

A.
No, substitute members will have to wait at the special area until the match ends.


Q.
I was unable to bring a few last minute items before the data was copied. Can you recopy my data?

A.
For the final tournament, we will not recopy the character data. This would be unfair to other players that completed their preparations before the deadline.


Q.
Please tell me my Ballista Royale account mail password.

A.
All information regarding Ballista Royale will be sent to the PlayOnline mail address that was registered during the sign-up phase. It will not be necessary to check mail on your Ballista Royale account.


Q.
Will I be able to change my Ballista Royale account password?

A.
While you are able to do so, please refrain from changing it. Contact us via e-mail at ballista-royale@us.playonline.com if you have already changed your Ballista Royale account password.


Q.
Will the items obtained after the 11/16 matches be usable in future matches too?

No. All data will be rolled back to the state on 11/16.
