OCTOBER

(Friday)
Feeling a wee
bit under the weather. I think the fatigue is catching
up with me, physically AND mentally... I've got such
a lineup of projects I can hardly breathe a sigh of
relief when I finish one thing, because there's always
the next thing to do. Yes, we slap each other on the
backs and give a rousing "good job!" at every wrap
party, but I can't relax because the instant I'm done
I've got to start again. Maybe it's time to see a shrink?

Speaking of doctors, a car bumped into my parked jeep at a supermarket
near Yamanaka Lake* the other day. The damage was pretty light--just
a scratch on the body--but her bumper got a dent in it, so she's
in the hospital now.

Rehearsal today for The Black Mages. We're all much better than
we were back in April. Got in touch with Anazawa Tomoki from Brownie
Brown for the first time in a while. Teach me how to ride a canoe,
A.T.! I sent him an e-mail... Me: "You riding your canoe lately?" A.T.: "No." Thanks,
A.T., you're a big help.

Tomorrow is El Nojimano's (Age:39) last day at Square Enix. He
asked me to do two jobs at the last minute. I think knowing you're
leaving must be refreshing, somehow. Man, did he look relaxed!

Phew... Finally, my jeep is back. I never did get used to that
loaner car.
